Senior Pastor/ElderBill Borinstein is the Sr. Pastor at Harvest Bible Chapel in North
Phoenix, a plant of Harvest Bible Chapel in Rolling Meadows, IL.
Bringing a multi-faceted background to his ministry, Bill and his wife,
Pam, spent twenty years owning a variety of businesses in Southern
California and Las Vegas. With the Lord clearly drawing them, Bill and
Pam were radically saved in 1998, and Bill responded with an immediate
hunger and thirst for God’s Word.
Within a few years Bill and Pam wrote a course called "Practical Steps
for a Biblical Marriage" and taught it to thousands of couples at their
home church, Prestonwood Baptist Church in TX, and at retreats around
the States. Entering full-time ministry in 2001, Bill cultivated a
thriving men's ministry and discipleship program, as well as planting a
second location for Prestonwood.
Bill has brought his foundation of abundant fruit-bearing ministry
experience to the pulpit ministry at Harvest North Phoenix. In addition
to each other, Bill and Pam are blessed with three sons: Andrew, Blake,
